Services
CargoLine, operated by Priority Cargo Australia Pty Ltd, provides international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, local transport, and related logistics services. All services are subject to individual quotation and agreement. Quotes provided are valid for the period stated and may be subject to change based on carrier rate adjustments, fuel surcharges, or regulatory changes.
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging our services are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information regarding shipment contents, values, and special handling requirements
- Ensuring all goods comply with the laws and regulations of both the origin and destination countries
- Obtaining any necessary licences, permits, or certificates for restricted or controlled goods
- Paying all invoices within the agreed credit terms
Liability Limitations
CargoLine acts as a freight forwarding agent and arranges transport and customs services on behalf of clients. While we exercise due diligence in selecting carriers and service providers, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or carrier negligence
- Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the lesser of the declared value of the goods or the limits set by applicable international conventions (Warsaw Convention, Hague-Visby Rules, or CMR Convention as applicable)
- We strongly recommend clients obtain appropriate cargo insurance for all shipments

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
